This is getting old. Seems like you can't get good help anymore. My wife and I spend good money at this particular Taco Bell and it's always a hit or miss on if you're going to get your whole order or if they make it right. Now I get to look forward to if they put in what you pay for in your taco. How ever you have working tonight 12/20/21 at 6:00 pm in Cottage Grove is not worth $14 dollars hr if that's what he or she is getting.

For the money I spent, I dont expect diet nachos lol. C'mon, no matter how busy you're going to be, dont hand out covid ration portions. I'll change my review if you up your customer service, I'm a local and want you to succeed.

They can’t even get an order correct, I ordered 2 bean burritos no onion, they send out 3 cheesy roll ups! I get home before I realize what they had done, they weren’t even busy! I take it back and not even an Apology, or offer to comp my meal for having to drive across town…… couldn’t even talk to a manager this place is a joke.

I only have fast food as a once or so a year kinda thing. It's either been so long I have new taste buds or that cardboard meat must be from a different third world country.
The staff was on it and deserve more credit, and not that greedy corporate kind. Lol. 🤯🙊💨👌

We always love us some Taco Bell...but the accuracy and customer service at this location sucks lately. Quesadillas and pizzas were not cut, plus the pizza was spilling out of it's box, refried beans were so over cooked they were black. When no sauce was given they told me to get back in the drive thru line for sauce. Wow, so many disappointments lately. Smh.

Visited before 12noon for lunch. One indoor trash receptacle looked to have no bottom since you could see the trash under the receptacle. None of the tables were wiped down. The soda area was unclean and very wet. The entire time I was in the dining area, I never saw anyone come out to clean. I only saw an employee come get dirty trays. The restaurant wasn't overly busy at the time of my visit.

More times than not I do not get tomatoes on anything, whether I order supreme or not. Tonight I went there out of hunger desperation and no tomato on taco Supreme, burrito Supreme, or Mexican pizza. Mexican pizza looked like beans and cheese smeared and melted. Absolutely awful whoever is actually making the food.

Horrible service. First - told “so sorry we’re out of lettuce and sour cream”. Ordered ONE burrito. Got to the window and was told $10.56. Huh? No - I ordered one burrito. They argued with me. I stated what I had ordered. 3 staff people at the window had no clue what was going on. I drove off. Never going back.
