Los primos is usually delicious great local place a little bit on the expensive side for Mexican food but I've been going there for years staff is super friendly last time I went there my carne asada was a little chewy but other than that usually the place is on point

I love this place, the food is amazing and they have great portions. I love the nachos, you can get traditional ones with chips or they also have an option to get them with fries. Best Mexican restaurant in Costa Mesa.

This is the place to go for authentic Mexican food. Everything is wonderful it's delicious the meats are fresh everything is made to order and I've never had a bad time here. And their food serving portions are monstrous so sometimes it's even reasonable to get something it to split with another person but if you're really hungry and you really want authentic Mexican food delicious Mexican food which includes Carnitas carne asada chicken tongue this is the place to come and there's usually one of the owners in the place. Los Primos has always been one of my favorites because I am never left wanting more. This is one of the smarter eateries that happily give you more than enough. And they have awesomeness superific breakfast burritos yum yum yum!!

Love this little family run restaurant. Authentic fresh Mexican food, generous portions, super affordable.
Limited seating, so be flexible, you may need to plan to take food to go for a picnic or to eat at home.

The food is great quality here, and for very cheap. There's a few drawbacks though. First is that you have to order chips separately from you order, instead of it being included with most items like many other Mexican restaurants do. The second drawback is that the inside is very small and cramped and can be dirty and loud at times. Because of that, I would recommend coming here for takeout only and taking it to a park or the beach and enjoying it there.

I ate here everyday while training at the Art of Jujitsu.
The food was delicious and very healthy.
Pricing was quite fair considering the portions.
Combined with Banzai Bowls which is in the same strip mall I was recovering from training several times a day quite well.
