I like how it is open until midnight. A nice place to go to when other restaurants are already closed. Mama's style Chicken (4 flat, 4 drums): 7/10 - juicy, greasy, flaky Boot-camp Ramen: 8/10 - spam, rice cake, shitaki mushroom. it was a refreshing spice Corn cheese: 8/10 - It had pork belly in it, which I've never had before. It was surprising and nice Their sides of kimchi and pickled daikon was really nice, I enjoyed it :) 8/10

I dined here for a late dinner. The service was very attentive and friendly. We ordered wayy too much. The mama style wings were so good. We got the Kim chi fried rice and it was spicy, but so tasty. I have never had corn cheese before, and it was heaven! The galbi was so tender and melted in your mouth. I left so full!

Was a great late night meal. They're open late and food was tasty. The restaurant was clean, decor nice and staff were really helpful. Wish I had got to try the fried chicken because it did look really nice.

Service was efficient and staff are friendly. The food is served at a good pace and sequence - we didn't feel rushed. The restaurant is cozy, possibly seating no more than 60 people. I imagine this place can get pretty busy during gpooad dining hours, but late dinner seems to be a good time with a steady flow of diners. I've bookmarked Hashigo and plan to come back. The food is fresh and delicious - comfort food. And reasonably priced.

Came here on a Wednesday night with my family. I had looked at a few places near by and thought this looked interesting. Super great options from chicken to ramyum to ranges of soju. The service was amazing as well always on top of water and making sure we had napkins. By the way, the curry fries are a MUST!

All of dinner was delicious. The short rib skillet, kimchi and spam fried rice were good and corn cheese appetizer with pork belly was phenomenal. The portions were generous and the service was on point. The ambiance was pleasant and cozy. Even though the dining experience was great, the take away from this meal was the corn cheese appetizer with pork belly. I've never had anything like it. Will definitely return.

Food comes out pretty quick. The Kimchi was hands down homemade and delicious. The salad was fresh made w full of flavor dressing. Our appetizer and entree were made fresh and had tons of authentic flavor. Also ordered the pork belly soup w kimchi. It was a tad salty (i asked them to hold the pork belly too) but still packed with garlic and chili flavor. I took it home ..added homemade broth and ramen noodles it was to die for! This place is awesome. Small but packs in the flave!

YUM!! I ate the food before I remembered to take pictures. We’ve been coming here for several years and really like the food! The banchan (side dishes) are sparse compared to most Korean restaurants, but the entrees more than hold their own. I’m from a Korean family and this restaurant does the food right! If you’re looking for traditional comfort food or updated takes on Korean-inspired fusion, you’re in for a treat! The traditional bootcamp ramen (named for the stew army recruits would throw together in bootcamp with available ingredients) is a highlight and the kimchee fried rice is delicious and savory! Enjoy! Updated with photos Oct. 2019 - Still delicious and still hoping for a location in Anaheim!
