I Rarely write reviews but Allie at the register deserves acknowledgment. If you ever want to smile, come to this place. The service, even right before closing is outstanding. Very sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind staff. We were treated so well we I ended up getting 4 times more the amount we initially considered. I had the most delicious strawberry milkshake with my Italian boyfriend. We enjoyed their great coffee milkshake and for fun we had their craft root beer floats. Thank you Allie for making our date night, after an exhausting day of work, a moment to remember.

HANDS DOWN BEST BURGER IN O.C. They did not disappoint! We had the best first experience coming in, and Daniel helped take our order. He was SUPER professional and very friendly while helping us out. Made us feel welcomed and happy to be there! I got the Western burger. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The meat was extremely juicy and thick. The bbq sauce was tangy and sweet and delicious with the mayo combo. The fries are think and crunchy, one the best type of style fries for sure. The side of ranch with the fries was epic. The wife had Hatch chilli queso crunch. She said it was bursting with flavor, and she absolutely loved the pickeled onions. It's one of her favorite burgers she's ever had as well. We both had the Lavender lemonade that was strong in Lavender taste, which was Very pleasant. The atmosphere was also very welcoming and comfortable. Perfect size booths for the family. All staff we encountered was extremely friendly. We will 💯% be back in ASAP!

Last Thursday, I went to the Burger Lounge for dinner. I had heard good things and wanted to check it out myself. The food was ridiculously good and the service was even better. The staff had great energy. Our server, Gabby, made sure to check on us a few times, brought us what we needed, and had a good sense of humor! All in all my experience at the Burger Lounge was top notch and I will definitely be coming back soon.

We have ordered about 80 burgers over the past year and they have always been great. But today we have lost the winning streak. They forgot all the sauces (which we pay for) and for some reason the $9 chicken tenders have gotten so small that it’s mind boggling they can still charge so much. Burger was also pretty raw (which is fine, doesn’t really bother me but nonetheless it’s not how we ordered it). Maybe next time, it’s funny how one bad order out of many will carry the average in our minds. Edit- we have them another try and they and their great team redeemed themselves. So we are back to a 5 star :)

First time ever at a burger lounge location. Took advantage of the 3 to 5 PM happy hour for chicken sandwiches. I ordered the basic grilled chicken sandwich and a mix of fries and onion rings with a soda. Cost me about $12. Only complaint is the chicken breast was a little dry and the seasoning was bland but overall a decent chicken burger.

This place is off the charts good! It felt like someone came in from the backyard and said; "Here's your burger"! The char taste was so delicious! And the onion rings were perfect! Crunchy! Delicious! One of the employees, Dillon, was SO nice! Great guy! What an asset to an already amazing restaurant! I will definitely be back! Again, and again, and again!
