Very fresh fish and good quality sushi. This place is snall and they don't take reservations, so come as early as possible if you want good sushi and a very reasonable price. I really like their blue crab handroll and seabass egg roll. Seabass egg roll is the first time I see it on a Japanese restau
My parents took me here. They love actual raw sushišŸ£. Iā€™m more of a roll šŸ±eater but I tried some of the plain raw legit sushi and it was very fishyšŸ šŸŸ. Which Iā€™m guessing is how itā€™s supposed to be. And my parents think very highly of this place so Iā€™m going to take their word and say this is 5! If I
Great sushi! You get two pieces of nigiri per order and the quality and portion were all great. The staffs and chefs are nice. Not a huge venue and may fill up quickly. I'd recommend sitting at the bar instead of at the table.
This local spot is by far some of the best sushi Iā€™ve ever had. Belly up to the counter and let the chefs guide you through amazing sushi experience. Plus they are entertaining! And get the yuzu sauce on white fish. Thank me later!
Coming from out of state for a couple days. We really wanted to try Anjou again. So we drove to the old spot. Luckily they had a sign on the window of where they moved to (basically across the street to a more open and nicer location. This place is great. Great portions, great quality of fish,
Open now for lunch M to F. Sushi very good!
Authentic straight from Japan sushi place. No frills, no crazy rolls. Just the basic rolls done well and incredibly fresh. Even the sushi rice is the best I've ever had. I highly recommend the rainbow roll. Two old Japanese guys make the sushi. All of the staff and customers are Japanese. We were th
Decent place. The menu they gave seemed somewhat limited. Of what we had, the tuna tatake was the best.
Moved to 3030 Bristol Suite 117. 1 min. away from old address. The best sushi in town.
The food and service are great. The only improvement I would like to see is the dirty table cloth.
beautiful people making beautiful food :) this place has been serving only quality for the past 10 years since Iā€™ve been coming here ~ thank you, ango tei, for the thoughtful staff and delectable bites!
My son and I were visiting Southern California and happened to find this place. Absolutely delicious, full of regulars, the service was amazing and the sushi chef particularly nice. Thank you!
I love sushi but more and more there are places that move away or don't understand the traditional Japanese flavors. This place is AMAZING!! First, the food comes out and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! On top of that, everything I have eaten here is equally as delicious. I mostly order sashimi but
Recommend sitting at the sushi bar and being served directly by the chefs. The fish is fresh and super tasty. Small place and cozy. Good for small groups
This is my favorite spot for fresh sushi. Great chefs. Friendly staff. Intimate atmosphere. Fish is always fresh / from market that morning. Never had a bad item. Lots of unique / traditional Japanese (I imagine?) menu items worth trying that you wonā€™t find anywhere else.
Great sushi place. Very good chefs who gave great advice on what was freshest and tastiest for the day. Small place, but attentive staff and a friendly environment.
Angoteiā€™s new location as of 2023. Consistently good sushi.
Love the new location on Bristol!! Great place for dinner
I was a commercial fisherman and know when I am getting a quality product. Once I tried Ango Tei a few years ago I have been no where else unless I was out of town. The service is top class and everyone is very friendly. Limited seating so go a little early or maybe after hours a bit on weekends
