Business has old system. No tap to pay. My money wasn’t good here and was forced to use another form of payment. The food would have been eaten by the staff or thrown away. I asked for an inconvenience discount because of their lack of payment methods. She said no the food wasn’t messed up. I’m probably the only mf who walked in and needed someone to help pay for their food. Manager could have comped the food. So disrespectful to tell guests they can’t take my THIRTEEN dollar meal and comp it. I had money. Y’all couldn’t take my form. Maybe if I fuc came in with a check or something be like nah we can’t be balancing checks. But I had APPLE PAY. Update your computers because if I would have dined in I would have walked out. Lesson learned. Hick town bob evans has old computers and won’t comp meals that wouldn’t even break their bank. So rude so rude. Poor management decision to force me to use payment I have reserved for bills. Zero consideration.

Restaraunt was absolutely filthy. Never been to such a dirty Bob Evans. Placed at a table that was not cleaned. Hostess said she would clean it. Floor had layered food. we pointed it out. She asked if we wanted her to get a broom. We said yes Why we were even asked is beyond me. The aeats were left filthy. Then the topper, one of the place setting napkins wrapped around the utensils had what appeared to be a booger on it. We left. Never darken that door again.

Free standing building. Lots of onsite parking with handicap parking and entrance accessible for wheelchairs. Staff friendly. Food is mediocre and overpriced for what is served. Quality and price doesnt balance. Coffee was weak and warm. Waffle house, Tee Jay's and Cracker Barrel are better for breakfast. Disappointed in food ordered. We will not return.
