Food was awesome and definitely home cooked. You get your money's worth, especially on the Fried Chicken. I was a little disappointed that I only had 2 dumplings in my Chicken and Dumplings but they were delicious and just the luck of end of the day and pot!

We always find a great variety of apples and produce. The people on the floor are exceptionally knowledgeable about which variety is best for what you want. The restaurant is so popular! You can fill up on homemade cooking.

Always worth the trip. Local, family owned and run. Great food and friendly hospitality in the dining room. Knowledgeable staff and a variety of local products in addition to produce and APPLES. So many varieties. I like trying different varieties and will buy several bags of different kinds. Apples will keep a long time. Stop if you are in the area and make the trip if you are not.

Beautiful place, you can pick your own bushel for $32. Lots of other crafty things as well for that country feel. Super cool place and their caramel apples are supper delicious 😋 Very cute store.

We began our experience at Carver's in the market. I was thrilled with the sugar free jam options and honey. After reading reviews we couldn't wait to try the fried chicken. It was moist and delicious, even the breast!! Sadly, my sides were very disappointing. The mashed potatoes had little flavor despite adding salt numerous times and the green beans were also disappointing. I'm thinking they had been sitting in liquid for some time. The vegetable soup was very tasty. Also, the menu said each meal would come with apple fritters and cider. We were a bit disappointed when none was served. Despite my disappointing side dishes, I would return as the chicken was delicious! Monica was a lovely server and very responsive.

Never have I ever had such a great dining experience! The view, the food and the waitress were all OUTSTANDING!!! My wife said the ladies room was the cleanest she's ever saw a bathroom, you could eat of the floor clean. We were there right at closing time and got some free food. I'm telling everyone about this place. It was a highlight of our vacation.

Wonderful food and friendly people, highly recommended!!! The restaurant is great then there is the fresh market and a candy shop, which are also excellent!

The fish sandwich that I had was delicious and the pulled pork that my wife ordered was very flavorful. The highly anticipated fried apple pie was a little bit of a letdown. I was expecting something with more of a crispy and flavorful crust but this was soft and more bread like. The filling was more like applesauce than apple pie.
