Chipotle Mexican Grill

My family and I, on multiple occasions have ordered the burrito bowls from this Chipotle and been shorted on lettuce. This basically is a bowl of beans and rice and about 5 pieces of lettuce. I don't understand why skimping on lettuce is something that happens at this location, but it's extremely disappointing.

My order was promised to be delivered to me by 1:00 and it arrived at 1:34. Once I received my order, I didn't have my chips but I had the salsa. I called the facility and a young lady answered and said I "can stop by and pick my chips up." I informed her that I paid a delivery fee and I would prefer my chips. She placed me on hold to get another person on the phone that could help me. Another young lady came on the phone and said, "you vaygo online and dispute your order and a refund will be given you." No. I ordered chips and salsa. I didn't get my chips. I'm going to mark this up as a bad experience and never go to this establishment again. When you have THREE items on a receipt sealed to the bag, how hard is it to CHECK THE ITEMS OFF TO ENSURE THE ORDER IS CORRECT?!?! Bad business. I won't go back.

Choices are offered, something for everyone. A child menu is available, and vegetarian options too. It's great that they just ask what you would prefer for ingredients. It's very clean, staff wears protective gear, parking nearby and 2 full Bowl orders for $15. Any choice of meats and tofu. The guacamole is fresh and delicious, love this place. A bowl is plenty for 2 meals.
