Good food, but ordering delivery especially during a pandemic where most revenue is coming from delivery orders I'd think you get everything you paid for, evidently not though.

As inexpensive as it is for an all you can eat buffet, Evergreen in Corvallis is a great value. As all buffets do, the fried foods get a little stale as they sit out, but the dishes are all full of flavor and pretty yummy. I have always had good luck with the naan bread here, available in the buffet

The food was tasty. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again. It has an awesome atmosphere. I can see why they have a lot of great reviews.

The best Indian restaurant I have ever tried. I really missed being there for dine in🥺. The service people are so kind.

Evergreen Indian food was so delicious I'm thinking about ordering myself a goat their staff we're so very friendly it's like being at your friend's house

Limited seating but, my wife and I almost always get to go anyway so; for us it's a non issue. The food is great. The staff is attentive and friendly.

Perfect amount of butter/cream/yogurt makes their entrees satisfying all around. The moderate use of spices strikes a balance being accessible to those new to Indian cuisine, and those such as myself who are obsessed with it.

My favorite restaurant ever! I don’t live in Corvallis anymore but every week I crave this place and the lunch buffet.... it’s so good. Never ever been anywhere even close to as good. First place I’m going when I’m back in town.
