Steak was great! The fish seemed under cooked. When brought up to our waitress we were informed they cook their fish to the equivalency of medium to medium rare. Never heard of that except in sushi. Hard pass on the fish! Again, great steak! Good drinks and dessert.
When it comes to finding a place to eat in Corvallis that really tastes divine, del Alma is definitely the one. Always delicious, incredible food, local ingredients, professional and friendly service, and a romantic atmosphere. This place is worth every penny. The menu changes, which lets you enjoy

Awesome food and great ambiance. We shared a selection of Tapas. We especially loved the Tequila Prawns, Hazelnut Picadillo "Crunch Wrap" and the Beef Tenderloin Pinchos.
This spot is worth trying. They serve large portions for fair rates. Constantly well organized and with fantastic character. Will come back again.

Starters — This soup was sooooo good!!! Very soft and smooth yet not overly thick. The foam on top went really well with th rest of the soup, adding some air to the creaminess.
Main dish was good too - the meat was pretty
