Local gem we were lucky enough to visit - we received a lovely warm welcome into the 1930s dining room which has kept its charm. The banquettes are so cozy. Eggplant parm and ravioli were delicious. Even the side of angel hair pasta with their house red sauce was great. Excellent meatballs too.
Great atmosphere. Waitress was very pleasant and attentive. Chicken Parm was decent. The plate was overly full with pasta for the price. Meatballs were excellent.
What a great spot to visit for dinner and / or drinks. Maintaining a 1930/40s feel and background music you feel like you stepped back in time. Such a great place! Real old school Italian family feel. Maggie our waitress was on point! So sweet and the food was fresh and delicious.
Party of four last Friday. Seated promptly. Waitress attentive and welcoming. Drinks were excellent, served promptly along with refills of my Old Fashioned doubles.
Food was very good, served at the perfect moment after we finished our appetizers.

Great local spot not to miss while in Cortland. Definitely look at the menu before you go. Steaks were absolutely delicious. Swanky Frank Sinatra music was playing through our dinner which was nice and fitting for the old school restaurant. Our server was wonderful.
Great service and fine Italian food in a historic and fun restaurant. Great place to dine with friends, relax, and enjoy great dishes served in very generous portions. I recommend the clams over angel hair pasta with spicy red sauce coupled with the house DaVinci chianti.
Food was amazing. We ordered the rib eye steak (medium cook) it was delicious! my boyfriend had potatoes and I had the pasta as side ( everything was delicious) definitely coming back . A great place to eat or have a special dinner! The service is always great! The special tonight- Porcini filet mignon tips was fantastic! The owner takes pride in being hands-on. Last of it's kind! Best Italian restaurant I've been to In a very long time ! This was my first time at the Green Arch ! I've lived in the area most all my life and after I moved I get asked out to dinner here when I was in town last weekend ! Awesome foods , great waitress, warm atmosphere and reasonable priced

We had reservations and were greeted and seated right away.Our server, Jean, was excellent, dinner was top notch. If you want really good Chicken Parmigiano this is the place in Cortland to get it.
Chicken Riggies were excellent! Calamari, I'm told was delicious.( not my thing!)The menu is extensive, old school Italian. The service was great, we will definitely be back.

I went to this place with my boyfriend about a week ago the food is amazing the place is nice. I'm definitely going to come back again one of my favorite restaurants now.
This gem is hidden in a sleepy neighborhood. When you walk in you are transported back in time to a 1960s Italian restaurant. A small bar in the front and a booth lined dining room in the back.
The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The wait staff is friendly and prompt.
