Cortez Kitchen - Cortez - Photo album

Friendly waterfront vibe. Good food. Had the Red Palm shrimp. Excellent. Asked afterward, “so are these local?” Nahh, they come from Argentina. Little sad about that. Glad to have found this spot. Unassuming. Right on a working dock.
Whenever we have out of state visitors, The Cortez Kitchen is the 1st restaurant we take them for, what's left, of a bit of "old Florida" and for the great bands on the weekends. We went on Friday night, 11/06/20, and this fantastic band, Messenger, was playing a lot of '70's & '80's music, plus mor
Always loved the food and atmosphere when we stopped in Cortez over the years. However this year the prices were really expensive even for lunch and the food was just ok.....paid $70 for two fish baskets 2 beers and one glass wine. Probably won't go back
Was a little busy with only 3 servers but the music was great. Loved Buzz Factor....great view of the sunset
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. I'm told that this is one of the places that the locals frequent. In the historic fishing village of Cortez!
Just want to find a fancy seafood place for dinner, ordered cioppino, scallop and crab risotto, really love that risotto! Buuuuuut, I won't tell you , my favorite is their sourdough bread...
Went there on a Friday night and they had a great band that night. Wife had shrimp and I had a grouper sandwich. Both were very good and the beer was really cold. We’ve been here 3x and they never disappoint and always have a good band playing. 👍👍👍we will definitely come back again and again.
Our go to place off the beaten path. Outdoor seating. Nice portions. Cold drinks.. just what the Dr. ordered.
