We’re staying near Mesa Verde and traveled into Cortez for Wifi and lunch/breakfast. We arrived just as they were switching from breakfast to lunch and they allowed us to order from both menus. Tom said his omelette was yummy and my french dip was quite possibly the best french dip I’ve ever had. Th
My first place of breakfast I visited in Cortez. Quaint little place which is whatbi like. No problems getting a seat. Super friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Quick in and out was nice since I had to be somewhere. Food was plentiful in portion and a flavorful. Would recommend for anyone in tow
Delicious local hole-in-the-wall diner. Not expensive at all. Very friendly and attentive wait staff.
Couldn’t have been friendlier. A place where everyone is welcome. Nice local diner atmosphere. Fast service. Reasonably priced. Delicious, hearty food. I loved and highly recommend the Pippo’s Omelette with green chili, olives, and mushrooms. My wife enjoyed a gigantic breakfast burrito with extra-s
Super chill, home town diner with great prices, good food, and friendly staff. I live in Denver and sadly these types of diners have been disappearing from the map lately where I live. Could not have picked a better place to stop for breakfast.
Our experience with this place was not good. The food was subpar and the service was horrible. We had to flag her down to get coffee and then we never got a refill. The sausage gravy has square pieces of ? that was suppose to be sausage. More like jerky!
Best biscuits and gravy (even without sausage bits) we've ever had! Paired that with an amazing veggie omlette. Loved our waitress! We'll be back next time we're in Cortez, CO.
Great breakfast and they are so busy, limited seating! Line before we were able to sir, worth the wait. Had breakfast can't wait to try the lunch.
