Good quality sushi, very tasty, and great service and ambiance.
It has been mentioned in other reviews about the price but the portions are good and the pricing is fair and reassuring too. SW Colorado isn't exactly by the ocean so you are going to pay more than for a hamburger at a local diner. E
Best sushi I’ve ever had anywhere! Really creative rolls and delicious. Highly recommend the Kiva roll and the dirty Vegas. If you aren’t much of a fish person the Verde roll is a great option, or the steak- surprisingly best steak you can get in Cortez by far.

So glad this is my home town sushi place. Great staff and owners. Great fish. Hopefully they will let us back inside at the end of Covid, I loved the dine in option
The food was incredible! I had the salmon roll as well as a seared tuna roll. Both were flavorful. I also had the Pad Thai which was spicy but also delicious

They muddle drinks and have a happy hour what more is there to say. Make sure to check out the specials menu. I didn't catch it and missed out on the salmon belly and Thai mussels :( ....I just wish I could go back. Make sure to sit at the bar. The bartender is super sweet. I am in love with Cortez
We got sushi to-go, which was wonderful. They are very generous in their proportions as well!
The sushi is great, also a great place for family outings or simple date nights. Our waiter Katie was awesome highly recommend this great restaurant.
