For a large capacity restaurant, this one feels warm and welcoming. Menu options are plenty to satisfy most any craving. We stopped by for a mid-afternoon snack. Great service. We enjoyed our meal.
Food was good! As was the cheesecake. It was a very busy day so the server was juggling many tables. I had to wait longer than normal for service but he was always very gracious and helpful. The bathrooms were in need of service, but I figured it was due to the high volume of customers.
Glad to see that the Cheesecake Factory survived the COVID pandemic. First time back in over 5 years.

The food is almost always fantastic and I always look forward to the cheesecake. The issues I have are, the food is really ovepriced all around, it's insanely dim in the restaurant at night and it's hard to see, and sometimes the wait is just astronomical. Service was so fast and friendly, we barely had to wait for our food! Danielle was our server and she was so attentive and friendly, definitely made our experience better. Food was delicious and takeout boxes were offered when needed. Great experience, definitely coming back again.

Food portions are humongous! So make sure you share a plate. Service is excellent and Julio made our stay at the Cheesecake Factory a memorable one.
