The Buffet is awesome. Nopalitos were spicy but not to hot. Visited on a Tuesday with Salchichas (hot dogs) on buffet. Just like when we were kids.
Read reviews prior to visit and decided to take a chance. Very clean resturant and dinning area. White tile floors are actually white.

Best barbacoa and breakfastin general! Service is always great, and the lunch buffet changes daily. 😍 Only get it if you like spicy food though, they like spice. A co-worker took me to Mi Ranchita for lunch. The 1st time I went inside, I noticed a small place with a small buffet. There is nothing small about the food! It is possibly the best Mexican food I have ever had! It was so good, I took another co-worker the next day, and my husband and I met for lunc
I only go on Mondays. Pollo con mole and menudo are served on this day. Two helpings is just enough to go home and take a nap afterwards.

Ok, second time here, and, I’m convinced, super delicious food, great salsa, prompt friendly servers, reasonable prices, a ten on the scale. Found this place by chance, and I’m so glad I did. Monday thru Friday they offer a buffet, which is unusual, but, how it’s done here, everyone should do it
I have been eating at Mexican food restaurants since I was a kid here in Corpus. But hands down, Mi Ranchito is the best. All around great service and amazing food at very reasonable prices!

I had 2 breakfast tacos. One chorizo, potato, egg and cheese, and the other sausage, potato, egg and cheese.
The tortillas are amazing. Super soft without ripping apart, and excellent flavor. The chorizo taco wasn't covered in grease, and they aren't stingy with the sausage like some places.

I was on my way from the dump and saw a bunch of cars around the restaurant. I had not been there in a long time and it was lunch time so I stopped. I had the taco plate which was very good and the pretty waitress did a good job on my table. I will return.
Definitely a humbling experience. Sauces are HOT!!!, no matter what color they are. We like the nachos (beef), fajita meat in freshly fried tortillas with cheese and lettuce. Try their orchatas. Do not worry ICE does not know about this place yet
Their milanesa is great, infact everything I have eaten there has been great and Lisbeth is a very wonderful person. My crew and I are regulars.
