Husband and I had dinner a few days ago, our experience was very good. Food was good, a few issues but nothing real bad, margaritas were great.. We had a slight issue with one dish, when my husband got a chicken bone in it, but our waitress took care of it right way and offered him another dish. Understandable as it's states there maybe bones in certain dishes.
Over all my Mexican plate was yummy right down to the beef taco, I would of preferred a crunchier shell, mine seemed a bit steal. But the meat was good. Enchilidas were good, cheese needed melted a bit more but I ate it anyway.
Guacamole small portion, I would of preferred less lettuce and more guac.
We will go back they have a very extensive menu and look forward to exploring other dishes.
Prices were reasonable to us. Staff was friendly our waitress was very helpful and kept on top of things. Adilene I believe was her name.
They have the most comfortable booth seats anywhere that we have ate at in Corpus. Very nice. Clean.
Breakfast tacos are great too. Picked them up a couple times on the way to work...
Very new restaurant. Had only been there once before for lunch. Really liked that their menu and special included some items beyond standard taqueria menu. Was very pleased so wanted to try their breakfast. It was great! Both service and food. Best Machacado & Eggs (ala Mexicana) breakfast plate I have EVER had. And supurb homemade corn tortillas too. Muy bueno! Definitely will be a regular customer.

By far, the best Mexican food in Corpus Christi. I had the shrimp ranchero, and it was delicious. Home made corn tortillas are delicious. I have been there for breakfast too and their omelettes are the best. Wait staff are efficient. I go there almost every time I go to Corpus Christi !!
Have eaten there twice so far and the food is stellar. The mini tacos were the best I have had so far and I have had ALOT! The enchiladas were absolutely on point as most places don't bother seasoning the meat enough or at all and this was perfect. My wife prefers cheese enchiladas and is hard to please but she loved them. Beans rice and refried beans were all excellent. We Will definitely be going back and taking the family.
I bought my sales staff lunch for Memorial Day here. I ordered to-go. The food was prepared on time. I arrived a little early and one of the waitresses offered me chips, hot sauce, and water while I waited. That was very nice of her. All 8 of us at my store loved the food. I highly recommend this new restaurant.
Our first time ever. Oh my word! The staff, the food, the price - it was all amazing! We had the queso as an app. Best queso we have yet to find in Corpus. We split the poblano fajitas and it was more than enough for the two of us. The tortillas were so fresh we had to get an extra order! The chicken, beef, and veggies in the fajitas was so fresh!! Can't wait to go back and have probably the same thing! Ha. The staff was so kind, constantly checking on us!!!
Stayed over at Bay Area for the birth of my son and ate here since it was nearby for Mexican food. I'm glad I stopped by because the food was delicious. I don't ever put in any reviews on restaurants but the San Jose enchiladas have me hooked. I recommend this place for good food, great service, and atmosphere.
My family and I were in town this weekend from Dallas, visiting our brother and we decided to have breakfast here this morning. It was great, food was good, portions were great and the price was excellent. Our waiter was great and very patient with our large party. Absolutely love the handmade corn tortillas. We will be coming back next time we are in town.

Definitely found our new street taco place! All the plates look delicious, the meat on street tacos was delish, the charro beans were of the hook and I am not big on charro beans. Great margaritas! Prices are very reasonable, new clean place and friendly service. Great experience will definitely be a regular!
Definitely the best Mexican food in Corpus Christi.
Yesterday me and my now husband visited for brunch and not only the food but the service was awesome, the waitress was really friendly and professional. We would definitely come back next time we're in town

Stayed at a hotel across the street from this place. Decided to go for dinner. The food, in this case a taco plate was excellent. It was served fast and hot. The prices were very fair. Had three Margheritas which were made in house and was very good. You can't go wrong eating here. They're open for breakfast at seven am. We plan to have breakfast there in the morning.
I had the shredded chicken enchilada plate with rice and charro beans. Very tasty food! I will definitely be back to try more of their plates. The chips and salsa were also excellent!
Food was delicious and there was no wait to be seated. Our food arrived within 5 minutes after we ordered. I had a smothered burrito and my wife hade the morcajete which I highly recommend. The fajita was my favorite as it was full of flavor and prepared just right. We definitely needed a to go box......
My server Tony was quick, and very helpful with any question or request I had. The food was also just what I was hoping for. Tender, and adequately seasoned al pastor tacos, with a mildly spicy green salsa to top them. I have had them with only cilantro and onion, and they are great either way. Best place to get a taco, whether it be breakfast or otherwise in Corpus.

Great Mexican grill. Pictured below some fantastic Queso Blanco, and the mixed grill fajitas with steak and chicken. Great seasoning, served withe the sizzle and your choice of flour or corn tortillas. Rice and beans with some great fresh pico, guacamole and sour cream. Had a choice of two fire roasted spicy chili sauce or an avocado crema. Both were great un their own right the red might be spocy for some. Chips and salsa and the salsa was very fresh, little kick and just delicioso
Very generous portions of delicious Tex-Mex food. El Combo Loco was enough for two people. My wife enjoyed her Pollo Deshebrado Street Tacos. Washed it all down with Mexican Cokes.
We stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. Friendly staff and huge food portions! Expect to take some of your meal home with you. Chips and salsa were tasty. Margarita was really good, not great. Will dine here again when back in the area.
OMG the chicken fajitas are amazing!!! The beef fajita and cheese enchiladas are good and have good flavor. Will try the tacos Al carbon next time. The nachos are off the hook! Great place to eat with friends and family. Will definitely be back!!
Good food and service. Second time visiting and all is still good. The flour tortillas are good. Charro beans are delicious and rice is good as well.
Good food buy even better service. Waitress had some excellent suggestions as I wasn't very familiar with their menu. I would certainly go back. Food came out quickly and hot.
Fantastic food with quick and courteous service. The beans here are fantastic! Be sure to get them. House salsa is pretty tasty too. Solid horchata! I’ve gotten street tacos both times I’ve gone, but nothing I’ve eaten here has been bad.
My parents and I were in town visiting Corpus from Houston on the 28th and 29th of December 2021. This place was nearby where we were staying. To be perfectly honest the quality of the food speaks for itself. Everything was flavorful and delicious and far exceeds the quality of 99% of Mexican restaurants in this country. To be perfectly honest the food was so good we had breakfast here both on the 28th and 29th. Massive compliments to the chef because this is probably one of the best bang-for-the-buck places in all of Texas. The establishment itself is kept very clean and well-taken care of.

Wow!! No words for what I had in this place. I will be adding something call El molcajete. I have NEVER had a plate nor the price I paid for this. It was worth it! At the bottom is nopales, monterrey cheese and chorizo. Customer service was good. Our waiter was pretty amazing 👏 and ... I don't know what else to say.

I almost never write reviews, but I must on this one. The food was amazing… transcendent. It was one of those experiences where you are in food bliss. I shared the Molcajete with my husband and it was more than enough food. My only compliant is that they don’t have a location in Austin.
Been here multiple times, needed to leave a review.. Easily my favorite Mexican restaurant. My family and I come here once a week. Food, portions,and service are great.
This place is outstanding, the food had great flavor. The stuffed pineapple is on point, gives the food this amazing flavor. The fish tacos are amazing, will definitely come back. Reasonable price. Thank you.
