Jack In The Box

I do not know where to start with this review because so much is wrong at this location. I walked through the door and I was immediately ready to order and I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes or more while the cook was playing with his phone while I was waiting, he finally finished with what he was doing on the phone so he had time to help me. He started taking my order and immediately gave up and called the girl from the back and she to was on her phone. Both employees were going back and forth between their phones and handling food without washing hands. I ordered the country scrambler combo and asked for the potatoes well done and what I got was chevy dry microwaved potatoes, I sent them back and I got potatoes that were even nastier if that is even possible. The inside of the dining are is simply filthy with trash everywhere. When I was done I was going to use the restroom and it was simply disgusting with urine on the walls and floor and no toilet paper. The toilet was even worse and there is a trashcan next to the toilet for all of the illegal aliens in the area who still have not learned to flush toilet paper yet. The owner needs to fire all of the employee's and start over with new staff. I am trying to find the home phone number of ceo lenny comma so maybe he can solve the problems at this location.

I called back to speak to manager but someone who addressed himself as Superior answered and as I explained to him that the chicken itself is old, and you can taste it, he flat out said no, I was in the kitchen making the food, so there's no way. I understand why they are a shortage of staff now. The lack of profession in the jack in box is renounce. Even with the superior their, the quality is worst. The drink tasted really bad, like piping or cleaning solution. I requested a refund but he said no, I'ma just make it fresh. It should've been done like that in the first place. The superior was rude, unprofessional,and I can understand why people ain't going to work. This is the way they treat customers especially who come here daily, I can just imagine the employees. Any management employee don't react like that, I brought the food to prove it but he just locked himself in and closed shop. As I was there, they had messed up someone Else's order.
