I Ordered a chicken sandwich and for some reason I got two burned chicken tenders and then I asked for no cheese and I got 2 slices on my burger .

Once inside, all tables were dirty. Manager helping me order took off to go help other employees and left me hanging, not finishing ordering. Ridiculous not going back to this place.

Been coming here for MANY years. It's unfortunate what I had to witness from the manager Alfred. Basically, I was washing my hands in the Men's bathroom. Shortly after this manager, Alfred, leaves the toilet section and walks out and goes directly into the kitchen and continues to operate. I went to the cashier and asked for a full-refund. I called out Alfred and his response for his defense was, "I am not handling your food" as if this answer justifies the reason not to be clean and sanitary. I then asked to speak to a higher-manager, and his states he is that manager. Completely disgusted by his actions and lack of managerial skills. The whole time this dilemma was going on, was as if he was defending his case and really trying to argue and convince me that he had done nothing wrong. Blows my mind.

We visited this place at night so it was not crowded. The food is fast food fare...you either like it or you don't. The staff were friendly and greeted us when we arrived.
