Delicious reminder of New York. The owner was super welcoming, kind and informative. Order at the window, then go sit on their small patio. They'll bring you your food. I feel like it was the best fountain coke I've ever had.

Really nice New York style deli in the middle of corona Del Mar village. Has nice little patio in the back. Sandwiches are nice and stacked except for the pastrami. They range $10-$12 and you can upgrade to large for $5. Long lines to order at lunch time and long wait time but I think it’s worth it
they made me a custom 3/4 lb burger plus bacon. it was honestly one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life.
the bun was oversized and soft on the top and toasted on the bottom - the flavor was perfect too. all the condiments and toppings. no cheese.

Gary's is indeed our favorite sandwich shop to visit in CDM. After a beach walk at Crystal Cove, we build up that appetite for a good sandwich after.
Husband chose the New York special with corned beef. Stacked with corned beef, Swiss cheese, cole slaw, Russian dressing, rye bread.

Gary’s is the BEST!! Everyone should go here, they are so friendly and have a great outdoor seating in the back. Food is delicious, everything is good !!

Gary's was conveniently located, but even more important, everyone was accommodating, and gracious. The food was delicious. So many selections for everyone. I am vegetarian, and my Cuz is gluten free and

Had the veggie burger. My husband had a pastrami sandwich. The ingredients were fresh and high quality. They had a nice patio in the back. We say there and enjoyed our food. We plan to return in the future.
Tasty NY style Corned Beef and Turkey sandwiches. Order everything "Gary's style". You won't regret it. Egg creams too!

This place is great! I got the “New York Special” with corned beef and a side of macaroni salad. Excellent food at a good price.
