El Paraiso Restaurant

Very much one of the best Latin restaurants in the area. The food was fantastic and out in a timely manner. Prices were very reasonable, especially on the lunch menu. Lots of parking, lots of space for big groups. Friendly and attentive servers made this place definitely one to come back to. Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for some chow.

Probably the best Latin American restaurant in all of greater Charlotte. This little gem serves family friendly, but authentic Latin American fare. The food is really fresh with high quality ingredients. I've lived in Texas and New Mexico and can say this is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever tried. The service is super friendly without feeling rushed and they have a great and extensive kids menu. You will also have the satisfaction of supporting a local family run restaurant and not some soulless chain restaurant.

The restaurant is cute and the owner has a great vision but the service and the food is really inconsistent. The food comes out different every time. Seems like different cooks with different styles of cooking. If they could fix those 2 things it would defintley deserve 5 stars. I do think it's worth going in a trying it for yourself. I would recommend trying their Salvadoran plates over the Mexican food.

I was there yesterday with my husband and we both liked the food (seafood). Our first impression was pretty nice. The service was amazing and the environment was quiet and peaceful. This place was well-decorated and colourful, music was joyful, althought the food was the best. We truly recommend this restaurant. Lastly, but no less important, new administrators were son kind and attentive. I really loved the Margaritas.
