First timer and the customer service was excellent. I was able to take my time viewing the menu and was also recommended something from the menu.
I ordered the grilled chicken greek salad that was very tasty it hit my taste buds like POW POW!! and everything was true with the name "BIG BITEZ". The only thing I would say that was a downer was the olives. The olives have nuts inside and I almost and quickly cracked my tooth. That was a no no!!
I ordered my husband the buffalo chicken pita (recommended item) and he absolutely said "it was delicious". Onion rings were tasty and I could actually see smell and taste the onion.
I must say this is a hidden gem and a great spot to get something fresh to order. i will definitely be a returning customer.

Last year went to Greece & fell in love w/ greek food and was looking for the best in charlotte. I drive 45 min to eat big bitez now. Its amazing!! Now they even have falafel too!! :)
I went there for lunch for the first time and it did not disappoint. I ordered the gyro platter. It came with a good size Greek salad and a small fries. Everything was so good and cooked perfectly. The fries are sooo yummy! The gyro meat wasn’t overcooked and there was a good portion in there. The service is very good as well. The lady that took our order and bought it to our table was very nice and cheerful. She actually knew most of the customers by name. Overall, I’m glad I stopped there. Totally recommend.

A great Greek experience. The cashiers are also the owners and they are very funny. The gyro plate was great, super fresh and clean. So far one of the best authentic Greek places in the area. The dinning room is very small but the patio helps a lot. Portions are great for the price.
Ordered seafood combination which included flounder and shrimp. Also a Greek Salad. Very good. First time there. Will be back.
