Waffle House

Not many options for food late at night in this area so we checked it out. The cooks and the waitresses were fighting. Had to wait to sit down at a table, the service took forever to get our food and we were informed there were no biscuits and gravy. Bacon was under cooked, the pancakes were still runny on the inside and the coffee was old and burned. The best part of this experience was when it ended the next day and my stomach settled.

The service is bad, the lady is always unhappy, and rude. Every waffle house I have ever been in, always had an employee call out a friendly greeting, not this place. Restaurant is short staffed and dirty. Not from just a busy morning but from constant neglect. Poor food quality, they brought one thing at the time, and waffles were cold would not melt the butter. Coffee was disgusting.... don't recommend this place at all. Don't waste your time.

The server was very polite and attentive. However the cook was rude and did not bother to listen and make the food properly. She publicly humiliated the server in front of all of the customers in the restaurant making the atmosphere very uneasy and tense. I finished my meal and paid the ticket before my friend ever got the right order to the table. My visit was on Monday June 27th at 6:00 p.m.

The whole experience was horrific. The waitress's did not want to wait in me, told me they couldn't because grill was being cleaned. Nevermind the backup grill. So they cooked on it, but then basically waitress and cook disappeared. I got my own butter, milk, cheese, my own coffee, I basically waited on myself, should have just cooked the food too, because the staff was all out back with a crown royal bag

I only give five stars when served by Erica . She doesn't mess up a order and greets You like family every time. Update !!! 03/07/2022 around 8 pm I went here to get my wife and I some food as we have been regular customer's for a while now. I always get take out . This time I would rate it as less than one star if I could, all the food was overcooked and burned . Severely disappointed this time

Usually I really like Waffle House... But this particular location was the worst experience I ever had. First of all these sunny side up eggs were hard overcooked and the yolk was completely busted. My Waffle look like someone had already had it and then they change their mind. My hash browns were supposed to have onions and mushrooms and there were no mushrooms to be found and a few pieces of cold onions... The young lady who was serving me my to-go order acted as if I was bothering her by existing... I actually did not eat the food I gave it away. I had to throw away the hash browns because they had hairs in them . The people in this restaurant gave me the strangest feeling that there was something terrible done to the food. I usually get such good vibes from Waffle House but maybe this particular location is just not for me, or people like me. I am in this city usually to make deliveries I know that will never frequent another Waffle House especially these particular locations. Waffle House used to be great. However even though it's breakfast foods not just anyone can cook it.
