I expected this place to be fun and tasty and was STILL pleasantly surprised. The seating area is comfortable and engaging. My fish burrito was HUGE and stuffed with deliciousness, and there were recognizable chunks of avocado in the guacamole, which I love. Milkshakes and rootbeer floats also get the thumbs-up.
Edit: I went back a few days later and got nachos. So, so good! I wish this place was in my town, so I could keep going back.

We went here twice, once for breakfast and then for dinner. We were very unimpressed with breakfast bit thought we would give dinner a try and was just as disappointed. Everything was just kind of bland and lacking.
I will say the shakes here are great. As far as the food goes, it's not really worth it but if you want a shake, I do recommend.
Also, the customer service was not great. The girl with the green hair was borderline rude, not just to us but to pretty much everyone she "helped". Nothing major really happened, just her attitude and demeanor was a bit rude.

Baja Taco is amazing. The milkshakes are incredible and come in many flavors. Fish tacos are definitely a favorite of mine. The menu is quite big, considering it's operated out of a bus! Plus the indoor dining area has a great music selection 👍🏼

Had the fish taco's, really good! Fish was cooked well, toppings fresh and delicious. Been in Cordova two days, I've eaten there twice!!!!
