Dunkin'

Drove up to the speaker, no wait. Immediately greeted. Order taker was very kind and cheerful. I asked if they made Hot chocolate kid temperature and the answer was “no.” Order taker, Offered to add an ice cube to my son’s hot chocolate so it wouldn’t be too hot. Lady at the window opened window and greeted us again. Took payment and patiently waited while I put my wallet away. Order came out quickly. Drinks made correct! Muffin perfect. Croissant buns cooked a little longer than usual. (Burnt areas) We picked those off and ate the sandwich! Overall good experience and service!

This was our third and last time I will ever visit this restaurant! The employees were rude, unwelcoming, and laughed at me and my family because I thought the way they handle the situation was atrocious. The manager, Monica, was confrontational and the boy who rung us up wanted to argue (the manager was 100% ok with all of this horrible actions) when I explained that we waited until we had eaten before they realized they forgot to make our coffees and that he didn’t listen and messed up our order. Even after that, the employees were so unprofessional and made loud and rude comments. When I asked for a bag, because I refused to expose my family to a fun morning of donuts to a nasty thug-like experience, the manager wouldn’t hand the bag to me until I asked her “correctly”! I’m telling you, this place is an embarrassment to all DD establishments.

I would give 0star if I could. A staff there was super rude from the beginning to the end. She even got our donuts by hand without any gloves! and when we asked if that’s normal, she just threw those donuts away in a trash and didn’t even try to get us new ones until we asked! even though we’ve already paid… omg. Will never go back to this location.

Today before I brought my son to soccer I got 4 iced coffee and two wake up wrap. My son's coffee supposed to been decaf with caramel it was not decaf and it tastes like pure coffee it made my son nearly throw up. My husband and sister both had caramel supposed to have cream and five splenders and it tastes like pure coffee with no flavor. I had unsweet toasted almond with five splenders and milk and they spill the coffee all over me and I had to go to soccer with wet pants. After replacing my coffee it wasn't even right we had to throw everybody's coffee away when we got to soccer what a waste of money and what a bad experience. Over the years Dunkin' Donuts really went down.

Vile service! A rude and very unsanitary employee grabbed our food with her bare hands. Disgusting. When we asked if that was normal procedure, she hatefully threw the food in the trash without replacing them even though it was already paid for. We had to ask for replacements! Pathetic service. My service here is hit or miss. I order here fairly frequently, as it is on my way to work. Recently, when I ordered a dozen donuts, the box had sticky smudges and fingerprints on the ox. I asked for a cloth to wipe it off and one of the employees was friendly and helped me, however, there were others in the back talking about my request as if it was too much to ask. However, my biggest complaint is that the food often has a plastic/synthetic taste to it? I'm not sure how to describe it other than it tastes like what burnt rubber or plastic smells like. I've noticed this at several Dunkin Donuts locations. Today, I ordered hashbrowns and they were mushy and smashed in the bag and had that plastic flavor.

I purchased a xlarge mocha coffee today Saturday 1-22-22. My order was rang up by a young man with blonde and black braids with long nails. He picked his nose and kept running his hands through his hair. Then he grabbed my cup by the inside with the same hand. This really grossed me out and is very unsanitary with everything that's going on.. I did t want embarrass him in front of others. I tried to call the store several times to speak to the manager kept getting voice mail. I discarded the coffee in their garbage a waste of money
