I also asked to switch fries for whatever they could except for onion rings... They gave me fries. 🤦🏻♀️
If there's something you CANNOT get rid of, is the taste of pickles (and onions) so taking them off the burger is not going to make any difference. It's disgusting! I was so hungry and now my meal is going to the trash can. 🤢

I went to the BK on Houston Levee and i ordered the sausage cheesy melt which is 2 pices of round Texas toast.. They gave me a sandwich that was on a bun bottom and a piece of oblong bread and wasnt even toasted. No where neqr what i ordered and didnt have time to go back because of doctors appointment!!. Thats why the store at that location cannot stay open or open on time because you have undependable people working there!

Wanted the double whoppers.Was told that there is not enough meat to complete my order. Passed by the window and all the employees were sitting down. This used to be a great burger king but the service is terrible now.

1 star for getting something. I ordered 2Whopper Melts with fries. I got 2 Whopper Jr.s and fries from a girl who could have cared less about my order. It was maybe my last visit.

The guy answers the intercom and refuses me service. He stated that he was the only individual working when 2 additional people were there. I saw one person cleaning the tables. I asked if they closed at 10 and he raised his voice at me. Terrible.

Let’s talk about how this location is never opened. Just pulled up to the speaker and was told “they’re not taking any orders,” “they’re waiting on staff…”
Last week they were closed completely. If u can’t manage a store correctly just close it all together. I’d be embarrassed if i owned that location…

Tonight I went to this location and purchased several items from the menu one of the items was a fish sandwich with cheese and onion rings my sandwich didn't have the cheese I paid for and my onion rings were so hard I couldn't eat them. For the amount of money I spent I shouldn't have been so unsatisfied matter of fact my whole family was unhappy with their meals. Very disappointed!!
