Nice location, mainly a drive-up with a small sitting area outside if you want to be in this heat! However, it would be great in the spring. The staff is friendly and you can never go wrong with 31 choices...me, I had rainbow sherbet - 2 scoops :o) Go check it out...

The jazz greeting was the greatest thing I ever heard in my life! LOL I loved it !!! The young man that was taking the order deserves a RAISE!! “Welcome to the jazz station with the Baskin Robbins crew, how may I take your order?” YES MAAAAAM!

Love the world class chocolate ice cream. Growing up i would always ask for a baskin robbins cake. I occasionally get a clown cone just for fun. The staff is always friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. Come check them out.

Came through at 8:40 pm, says open till 10, drive thru lights are off, menu board off, and no one ever answered, this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location

Customer service was very good. However, as has become common post- pandemic, not all menu items are available. In this case, Baskin-Robbins has many ice cream flavors not available at this location. And of course, prices have increased...medium shake w/tax is $6+.

You all should teach these little kids customer service. I asked for extra topping. I was told how much and I said ok. The little girl wouldn't bring the dipper up as long as I was watching. So another little girl stood in front of me with her back to me so I couldn't see what was happening. If I paid for it, what is the problem with me seeing what the little girl is doing. Why are they hiding it? How do I know more was added? Then had the nerve to look at me like I was wrong.

I'm a BR fan! I have it at in gas stations, and the quantity, quality and service have been much better than at this actual store.
I had a Triple Sunday with whip topping. The topping was flat and the scoops were so small it was more like a scoop and a half.
That's a shame but I'm still a BR Man.. I will Triple Sunday again... But maybe not at this site.

The cones were stale. This is the second time. The cone is essential to the product and business, so they should be fresh.
