Deeo's Seafood

Ordered the 3 wings, macaroni, and greens. Service was cool. Overall the food was good, turnip greens was good. Macaroni was good had a good taste and the wings were good. However got ready to pay for order and the price was different on the menu. Asked them about and they still didn't adjust it. Be mindful of the price, you see one thing and pay another. And the air went out.

*Brunch review only* Came here with a friend, a Sunday ago, to try out their brunch. We arrived around 1045AM but was told they didn’t open until 11AM (flyer said 10AM). The waitress still sat us and provided menus for us to look over (which was nice). I ordered the catfish and grits with a side of bacon and my friend ordered the salmon croquettes and grits. We decided to get a strawberry mimosa pitcher to split. We both decided that we loved the mimosa and it was a fairly decent amount to split between two people. I didn’t enjoy my meal as it reminded me of a cafeteria. The taste and presentation just wasn’t there. My friend thought her food (salmon croquettes) were good but the presentation wasn’t there. The service was decent being that it did get a little crowded and we loved the music. Overall, I wouldn’t return for their brunch but to possible try the seafood.

I’ve been to the one in Southaven and LOVE it!!! So since I was in the area I figured I’d give this one a try. I called in a order around 4p to be picked up at 5:30p. First thing I wasn’t comfortable with was paying over the phone. She didn’t even give me my total. I get there a couple minutes before 5:30, the staff was nice and it was obvious that they were moderately busy. (you know like steady but not slammed) So after giving them an hour and half notice you would think I would be able to grab and go. I could even understand (maybe) having to wait a couple minutes to gather or finish up my order.... I had to wait 25 minutes!!!! Peoples orders that wasn’t even there were being bought out. I don’t understand that. Then when my order was bought to me it was missing an item so I had to wait another couple minutes for it to be fixed. Over all - Staff nice Service SLOW Food good I’ll stick to Southaven from now on.

Floor was extremely slippery, whoever cleaned it must have cleaned it with soap or something to make it where while sitting there about 2 people almost fell. Food took about 50 minutes to get to us and there was only 4 tables waiting. Crab crackers were not available(they told us they were stolen when main accessory in that store so why not have way more or when running low buy them instantly) so why not tell us before ordering? P.S plastic fork and knife so you can’t use a metal fork to open anything The main thing is why pay for the food and tip before we even eat but the waitress was nice but didn’t come once after the order was dropped off. -Shrimp was great the best out of the meal but crab was alright, the order says it comes with a side but on the receipt have charged for it.
