Cicis Pizza

This was by far the worst experience ever. I have never been to a buffet that never had food on it . And I mean like for more than 20 min at a time it was no food out there were 6 at least employees that I saw . The line to enter was consistent and upon entry people was noticing no food. So we began to talk about it and other guest said it had been like that earlier in the week I think this is very inappropriate how can you properly run a business that suppose to be a buffet and you can't even stock it for guest . Yet I snapped a pic and a worker was in the back but inn sight eating the pizza of his choice and oh yea the spinach pizza and buffalo chicken pizza posted say there for soooooo long nobody was getting it and it was the only choices for so long

Manager Stacey Jones and his entire crew were AWESOME! He himself was a great team player! When we arrived to the restaurant they were already busy crowded and barely had anything on the bar. They were moving fast with great customer service to getting it fixed full of a variety of Pizzas. We even ordered wings and didn't have a long wait for those either. I will be back!

We came to this location tonight after countless fails at other establishments. Alexis greeted us promptly and had fresh food made as soon as we walked up to the bar . Micah was kind and courteous and ready to freshly make anything we needed. My spouse was astonished.He approached him to offer him a Job and was shocked to find out his age. The work ethic of these individuals was the best customer service I have seen in a while . Thank you Cicis for saving our night and for the excellent experience store 183!

No meat for salad charge my kids adult price place was nasty and not clean I would give zero stars if that were possible. This is the worst Cicis I have ever been to. Not only was the place filthy but The people who worked there were really rude. They were out of everything We asked for. Then they had fresh pizza Waiting to go through the oven sitting on top of dirty dishes! steer clear of this place.

I don't know if they were shorthanded, but I never saw the manager pitching in! It's way overpriced, compared to what it used to be! All the booths and tables were dirty, some with dishes still all over them! They had a pile of ice all over the drink station. We asked for our table to be cleaned off, it never was! There were no pizzas out and ready, so we had to wait a while for something to eat! It was a complete, overpriced nightmare! I'll never go there again and not sure if ours in Bartlett, would be any better.
