Classical ambiance with perfect service and perfect food. Been eating at this place since I was a child and always get the prime rib, but anything they do is superb. They have updated the menu throughout the years but the essence of Christy’s doesn’t change! Highly recommend it.
One of the best and most romantic steakhouses I have been to in Miami. You cannot go wrong with this place. The service is impeccable, the setting is like old New York and the food is beyond compare! Everything from the steak to the French onion soup is perfect. My husband and I have declared it our go to wedding anniversary and Valentine’s Day spot. And if you want to have a simpler meal, nothing wrong with grabbing a drink and delicious burger at the bar. Sitting at the bar is almost just as intimate and romantic as the restaurant itself. Either way, you can never go wrong!

My best dishes that I can’t avoid to eat when I go there are the Crab cake and Escargot. WOW
The SERVICE is always on top.

The steak was excellent. The baked potato was just right. The staff was very courteous and professional. The atmosphere was relaxing and allowed for our table to enjoy each others company. This is one of my favorite restaurants.

For the past 17 yrs. we come to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary here. It was our first dinner as a married couple. After all these yrs, we can honestly say that the food, service and just all around atmosphere is great and it has not changed. Not too many restaurants can maintain all of the above for so long!
Excellent service and superb food! We had bread, lobster bisque, scallops, and the steak with asparagus and potatoes, exquisite. To top it off I went with my dear friend Myriam who hasn't stopped talking about this experience. We wanted to eat a juicy steak, and we fulfilled our wish at Christie's.

Our first visit to this landmark restaurant and it was much more than expected. Excellent staff and service. Everything from the appetizers to the dessert was delish, Lamb and steak cooked to perfection. Looking forward to our next visit.
The Rib eye dry aged was outstanding..an explosion of flavors....absolutely amazing
This is our favorite steak place, although I prefer the oysters Rockefeller and the escargot. My husband had lamb chops and raved about them. There is no better Caesar salad anywhere else. The spirits and the help is always exceptional.
Great steaks and lamb racks! Their signature roasted prime rib is delicious as well!

WORLD CLASS FOOD AND SERVICE !
My beautiful wife and I went for dinner on FEBRUARY 12, 2022 to celebrate an early Valentine’s Day. We have been huge fans of Christy’s for decades but this was our first visit after it reopened under new ownership.
I will rate on a scale of 0-5 with 5 being EXCELLENT:
THE PLACE: 5
Elegant environment as always
THE WINE: 5++++
OUR outstanding server (JACINDA) recommended a superb red wine
“Eight Years in the Desert” very smooth, fruity wine, really really good.
THE APPETIZERS:
The Escargot: 5
The Caesar Salad: 5+++++
The legendary salad was absolutely exceptional as always, the crisp, cool lettuce, the dressing the Parmesan cheese and the anchovies PERFECTLY balanced; OUTSTANDING !
THE ENTREES:
FILLET MIGNON; 5+++++
We both had the Fillet Mignon with Bernaise Sauce; it was excellent to say the least, cooked and seasoned to perfection.
THE SIDES:

Our server JACINDA was courteous, elegant , throughly knowledgeable about the menu, wine selections, she made excellent recommendations and just made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the evening; the food was expertly timed and served with no delays whatsoever.
THE PRICE / VALUE: 4
Our dining experience was about $200 plus a well deserved generous tip for our server JACINDA; expensive but well worth it given the quality of the food and service for a very special occasion like Valentine’s Day .
SUMMARY:
Christy’s is BACK ! This iconic restaurant in the Gables has not missed a step under the new ownership; better than ever !
