Pummarola Coral Gables

Cozy and Authentic Italian pizza in the heart of Coral Gables. Pummarola is not your typical restaurant per se, you can eat in the place but it's small and you have to put your order, paid first and they bring you the food and drinks as soon it's ready. We came late Sunday night and it was packed but the very attentive cashier, cleaned one of the tables outside (rainy day) where we sat comfortably. We ordered a 10" Capricciosa Pizza 🍕 The pizza was delicious!!!!! Outstanding!! my mouth went watery! Vera pizza Napoletana!!! It was soo delicious, we were tenting to order another one even though we were full 😁 The pizza dough was perfect. Very soft and perfect chewiness plus the ingredients were fresh and of good quality! Great flavor on the tomato sauce and mozzarella! The prices were reasonable ( we spend 20$ including the tip for a large and again so tasty pizza for 3 persons) There are plenty of parking spaces near, and in front of the restaurant. The location at Coral Gables is quaint 😍 We are coming back for sure!

The pizza wasn’t anything special, but the pasta we ordered to our preferences was good. The mushrooms were fresh and flavorful. I got the impression they use high quality ingredients. I didn’t like that the order confirmation I received was wrong about what time my food would be ready, but luckily the extra wait wasn’t long. We also tried the Nutella cannolis and couldn’t get enough of ‘em!
