Review Zagloba - Copiague

This is my favorite bar on Long Island! I really like the owners and their whole family. The atmosphere is welcoming and there is always a fellow Polish American to speak with. The food is great and reasonably priced. If I lived closer I’d be here every weekend.

This is probably the most authentic Polish restaurant/ bar I've ever experienced. The food is traditionally tasty and tasted like the bartender spoke fluent Polish. Which he did. They also have Polish beers on tap.

Is so hard to find a Polish restaurant and here I'm finally if you're familiar with this kind of food or if you want to try something great come to this place and have a wonderful time then spread the news

This little bar is incredible! The atmosphere is fun and inviting and the food is amazing. Get the kielbasa, one of the best I've had!!!

Cute bar and grill with wonderful Polish food. The service was excellent and the food was top of the line. The homemade liquor was exceptional.

What a hidden gem! Food was so good- atmosphere was pleasant and it is immaculately kept. Too bad I don’t live closer - but I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

I really wish that I could give Zagloba more than 5 stars because it’s that good! The Hungarian pancake, pierogies, stuffed cabbage, and kielbasa are all top notch. They have great Polish beers on tap as well. It’s as authentic as it gets, and the service is also great. I highly recommend this restaurant; you will not be disappointed!

Awesome quaint bar, really good authentic Polish beer. Cool interior decorating as well. Owner is a very kind and cool person. Slav creates a great authentic bar that I will definitely be a regular at.

A true hidden gem. Best perogi and kielbasa around. The mushroom and cabbage perogi are unbelievable. I get two or three orders everytime I'm there. Excellent polish beer on tap too!

Highly recommended. Excellent atmosphere, absolutely fantastic food. I'm a huge fan of Polish and Slavic foods, so to be recommended to this little gem, tucked right off of 27A was fantastic. We had kielbasa and onions, stuffed cabbage, cabbage stew with kielbasa and pierogi with meat. Everything was delicious. Also, if you are a European football fan, this seems like it would be a great place to watch games with passionate fans. The service was fast and friendly and I'm already looking forward to going back again.

We were dying for kielbasa one night and found this gem. It's small and easy to miss, but so worth it when you walk through the door. There's a closeness and family vibe that you feel. We were warmly welcomed and sat down to peruse the menu. It's a small menu, but everything is homemade. We had kielbasa and pierogi and it was out of this world. For dessert, we had cheesecake (my boyfriend, reluctantly, because he doesn't like cheesecake). Well, he mentioned that to the server and told her how much he liked it. She told us that her Mom made it, and that she makes everything on the menu. So, so good!

Went here with a polish friend of mine. Good atmosphere, pretty rustic. Represents polish street food.

A cozy bar serving crisp, delicious Polish beer to wash down their equally terrific kielbasa and pierogies. Our bartender/server was really friendly and a big help with figuring out the menu since I'm not at all familiar with Polish food. If only American mass market beer was as good as the Polish stuff.

I am from Hungary so me and my boyfriend tried first time this restaurant. I had the Hungarian pancake and it was delicious. Huge plates I have to save it for the next day. We had kielbasa and fries too. Everything was delicious I highly recommend the restaurant if you want to eat some delicious Polish/Hungarian food.

What a great place. The food is top notch authentic Polish food homemade by the owners. They also have a flatbread pizza menu for the Americans lol. The family that runs it are very friendly and make all the guests feel like family. Very nice old school oak chalet decor and a patio for outside seating. We loved it. Can't wait to go back again!

I just left there 30 minutes ago and couldn't wait to write about it. Small friendly pub with incredibly good food. I found this place in a google search for Polish food and I was happy I did, I'll be back. Also, friendly knowledgeable bartender, inexpensive, great portions and great beer.

Second time here, still very pleased with the food and service! My son agreed that the perogies are like none we had ever had before. Perfect, just perfect. I had the Hungarian pancake again and while the pancake was a slightly greasier than last time, it was still great. There filing and gravy were still as good as the last time. They have a good selection of beers (yes, mostly Polish), and I wasn't disappointed. Fair pricing, good service, great food. The only thing slightly lacking is the environment (it is a bar after all).
