I was pleasantly surprised!
I was not expecting much for Italian food upstate, however…Great prices, Nice menu and the customer service was definitely present. Wait staff was attentive, and the food came out quickly. I ordered the chicken parm and it was on point. Nice menu choices, and I would say I found a little gem tucked away in Cooperstown.
Very romantic place to have dinner! My boyfriend and I came here after the baseball hall of fame. The food was delicious. Highly Recommend!
Excellent food, generous portions and very reasonable prices, what's not to like? Highly recommended. Dinner for two, with 1 appetizer, 2 entrees (both from the day's special menu), 2 glasses of wine, 1 dessert and 2 cups of coffee came to $98. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was gracious.

My friend and I decided to do the Starfield Hiking Trail, and headed to Cooperstown afterward for dinner. We quickly searched using Yelp, and found Nicoletta's. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and the restaurant was clean with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. It should be noted that the prices were also excellent.
We started with a Bruschetta which was fantastic. It has eggplant tapenade, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, and was topped with a toasted mozzarella cheese slice. It was absolutely fantastic! We were both blown away immediately.
For our entrees, my friend had the chicken marsala, which he loved, and I had the lasagna. The lasagna was perfectly cooked, it had excellent sausage (which I rarely say) that was very well made, perfectly seasoned, and had no grizzle. Inside the lasagna was also perfectly cooked and delicious beef, and the ricotta cheese was so thick and creamy that I was in heaven.
For dessert we shared a strawberry cheesecake which was also very yummy. It was creamy like a heavenly cloud, and my friend rolled his eyes when I said that out loud, but then agreed with me, LOL.
We will definitely be coming back here the next time we are in Cooperstown.
Ran through the rain tonight to enjoy a dinner here! We didn’t have a reservation but were seated promptly. Isaiah was our server and did a fabulous job. I had the shrimp scampi and my husband had the pork tenderloin. Both dishes were perfect and we look forward to coming back again one day!!!
One of the joys of being on vacation is finding a really great restaurant. That's exactly what we found when we discovered Nicoletta's while walking on Main street in Cooperstown. The restaurant is nicely and simply decorated. Our waitress Renee could not have been nicer. And last but not least the food was great and the prices very reasonable. I invite everyone if you are in the Cooperstown, New York area to patronize this restaurant and places like it so we ensure they stay in business!!

We had a wonderful dinner at Nicolette’s in Cooperstown on a Tuesday evening after the Glimmerglass Opera performance . The restaurant is lovely and our host Mark allowed us to choose our table. Our server, Isaiah was outstanding; knowledgeable about the menu and wine selections, very kind and patient. The lobster ravioli was fabulous as well as the Caesar salad. The meal portions are substantial. Grazie Mille!
Love the food ! Friendly staff, good prices !
Everytime my wife and I visit Cooperstown, we come here for dinner.
We had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere and service were really nice. I had the Tortellini and it was wonderful. We will definitely be back.
This gem of a restaurant is open on Mondays!
The service was excellent, the meal was fabulous from start to finish. I had the salmon and it was prepared perfectly.
The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. It made me feel like I was at a lovely little bistro in Italy.
We are locals and have had the pleasure of eating here before, and I look forward to enjoying another meal here in the near future.
Fantastic cuisine and ambiance.
Had the blackened salmon for dinner which was beautiful. The flourless chocolate torte is lovely. Servings are huge. Prices reasonable and service really good.
Great Bolognese spaghetti and ravioli dishes. A very relaxed dinner in a beautiful room. The wine list is quite good with a number of excellent wines at great prices.
Nicoletta's is a cozy and unpretentious Italian eatery which serves typical fare at reasonable prices. The space is well appointed with nice table spacing. We had the salad special (which is big enough to share), chicken saltimbocca and veal parmesan. Both were well prepared with a nice sauce. The red sauce was especially tasty with a nice tang. The dishes were not the best we have ever had, but good. The house wines by the glass are a good value at $7 but "cellar" wines are available for a higher price if you choose to indulge. We finished with the tiramisu which was acceptable but lacked character. Service was OK and the speed of the kitchen was excellent.
Nicoletta's was wonderful! My wife and I went for dinner and loved it. The antipasto salad for 2 is big enough for 4 and delicious. My wife had the lasagna and said it was delicious. I had the ravioli on top of eggplant and loved it. We had enough left over to have dinner the following day.
Food was delicious. We got the calamari, sausage for appetizer, chicken Alfredo, chicken parm and the clam linguine. Absolutely delicious. Wine list was very robust. You will not be disappointed. Excellent service. Highly recommend!
Such a beautiful place, the food was delicious and service spectacular.
