You dont get what you order when ordering delivery. Today I got skinny sized sandwich when I ordered original size. Other times I've ordered the big size sandwich and gotten half original and half big. Happened a few times now and will never go to Potbelly again. Rip off.

Excellent customer service here. They forgot to put avocado on my veggie sub, but Jerry made it right, brought me a fresh avocado and was super pleasant about it. Even threw in a cookie for my trouble. I really appreciate the little things done right and the attention to detail. Will be back!
