I don't have high expectations when going to Sonic. This one was very busy so we knew it could take some time. When we received our order it was wrong. We were going to just eat everything but one item had a ton of stuff on it when we asked for it with nothing on it. By the time someone answered us we were already done. Placing the order was horrible and I had to repeat it 5 times so I assumed it would come out correct. I would recommend going inside and placing the order.

The store on Jackson has serious issues. Carhops are great, and do a great job. Orders are rarely correct, and have been overcharged. Check your receipts!!! Manager is on speed dial b/c of frequent mistakes. Sad!!!

Food was great. Mozzarella sticks were fresh, burger was delicious. The carhop was super friendly, only thing I didn't like was the time it took for our food to come out (close to 10 minutes).

My husband works nearby and walked over to get a blast. He pushed the button to place his order and a lady told him that she was not going to take any walk up orders. According to her they were too busy to fool with him and the lady that was standing there as well. Terrible business practice! As a former sonic employee, I was ashamed!

Very slow. This was the first time in a very long time that I ordered here I remembered why when I opened the bag after driving off.
Our food was cold. The only plus was that the milkshake was cold, too.

Fast food. It's not bad, but a bit pricey for a burger. . Use the app and you get better deals and drinks are always half price. That is what I do!
The past three times I have been I have waited more than 10 minutes one time almost 20 minutes for a drink. It's a bit frustrating. I understand every one has to wait their turn but for one drink to have to wait more than 10 minutes when I ordered ahead is a bit frustrating.

The food was average for a Sonic, but the wait was terrible. I expect a slow order, since I've never been to a Sonic that took orders quickly, but it took far longer than usual to get the order out. Also, the touchscreen where you can look at specials and tap to pay with a card was not working. It still showed the buttons, but the touch did nothing.
