Baskin-robbins

1st time at a Baskin Robbins ever. The best ice cream by far. Not super sweet great verity. The young man that waited on my family was so polite. Got everything in our order correct. Nice to see young people take pride in their work. I can't remember his name however he had dark curly hair & a beautiful cross necklace that I just had to comment on. So wonderful to see he's permitted to wear it without being punished for it in the work place. I definitely will be back. Great service makes everything good.

I visit this Baskin Robbins often and Aspen and the rest of the crew are always amazing. They know exactly what I want when I walk in the door and always ask me how my day. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a quick and fast snack to visit this establishment. They will quickly get to know you and make your day every visit. :)

I went to Baskin Robbins last night around 6-7pm for the first time and it went well overall. There were two boys working when we first entered, one with long, dirty blondish hair pulled back, and one with shorter brown hair and glasses. The shorter haired boy greeted us and asked if we had any questions, and we said we were not quite ready to ask/order yet and just wanted to look around. We asked for a sample from the shorter-haired boy and then they both stood back and whispered quietly. Both boys then did not speak to us for the remaining time we were there. The other boy didn’t speak or look our way the entire time nearly. I think it’s odd that they are in a customer service/hospitality related position at Baskin-Robbins yet didn’t speak to us or try to make it easier. Their demeanor was not necessarily unfriendly but it was not welcoming. It made me feel awkward about asking questions, so at first I did not want to. I think they may need more training/practice but they didn’t appear to be nervous, it just came across as though they did not care about much besides the bare minimum requirements to serving a guest. Then the shift leader came out from the back and was a delight! She was a shorter woman with brown hair and glasses. She was joyful, warm, and made me feel open and secure. She was very friendly and offered us samples, and welcomed questions. She also double checked for confirmation before beginning any part of our order. I appreciate her kindness and it resolved my initial experience with the other two employees. (The other two employees didn’t necessarily do a bad or awful job, but for this being my first experience they have a lot to learn and I would not have been eager to come back based off the initial impression.) This girl came in and completely turned it around with a smile on her face, and it makes me happy to support businesses whose employees care about their customers as much as they do. She takes pride in what she does and also supplied us with more information for the future to come visit again (which we will!) She hit all the marks. 🙌🏽⭐️

I hadn't been to BR much before the Pandemic, but they were the only place open one day and we decided to get ice cream. Since that day we go at least once a week (my son works across the street) plus I bought my birthday cake from there and they wrote on it for FREE. I'm only giving 4* because there are no samples right now which is NOT their fault.
