Longhorn Steakhouse

My family ate here last week. We had a party of 6; 30 minutes before they were closing. We had a waitress named Starr and when I tell you, she gave us the BEST service ever. Her personality and sincere hospitality made her the topic of the dinner conversation. Before leaving we even spoke to the manager to brag on her a little. Highly recommended location!

Ordered on line curbside pickup, once I arrived the link did not work for me to alert them that I was there for pick up and the number to call for pickup did not answer. I did see a staff member that was happy to bring my order to car. The food was decent but we were not provided any butter or condiments. I will return but please be sure to add condiments to the to go orders.

I ordered the Farm Fresh Field Greens entree that comes with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, croutons, and cheddar on fresh field greens with Grilled Chicken for $13.49. NOW their idea of the diced tomatoes and cucumbers included MUST equate to what can fit on one tablespoon each to be added to all the field greens you get. NOW your serving tray is as deep as the small cup I got the cinnamon butter in that went with my sweet potato and 1/3 of it is where your meat goes. I also received no salad dressing. The presentation of the salad was nice but when I started to mixed my salad is when I realized there was really no tomatoes or cucumber for the price I paid. I am unable to post my pictures for review.

Love the online ordering, ability to pick order up curbside but did not like waiting the additional 50 minutes after my ready time. This was not this first time this happened. I do believe they bypassed my order. I asked for medium rare steak and figured on ride on it would be to my liking due to it being hot. Steak was raw and cold. I won't be back any time soon.
