Brick Oven Pizza Co. Of Conway

If I were blindfolded and had to guess where this pizza came from I would have guessed a frozen Totino's pizza. I could have saved $$ if it had been, instead I paid 13.77 + 5.00 tip for this very disappointing "pizza". Crust was not good, it was hard and tasteless. Had very little sauce, if any. It was very over cooked making it a very unpleasant taste. It was supposed to be a Margarita "Authentic". Clearly it was not. Very unsatisfied

This is my favorite pizza in town and I am a repeat customer however my experience last night was not pleasant. I placed & paid online for pick up. I walked in few minutes after my pick up time. The first staff member walked away from the register after checking out the customer in front of me. I stood there a FEW more minutes before anyone acknowledged me. One waitress even came to the register, checked out her table without looking at me before walking away. Finally someone checked my order and I was told it was in the oven. I waited another 15 minutes as I watched multiple people enter and immediately be serviced. Finally got my pizza 20 minutes after the designated time. If ONE person would have said "sorry for your wait" I probably wouldn't have written this.

We went here for my fiances birthday and it was not good. We ordered wings and they were so plain and literally all fat! We got 2 pizzas, one was a deluxe pizza that was okay but definitely needed to be cooked longer. The second pizza was a taco pizza with meat and guess what they forgot? The meat! Will not be coming back here, save your money and go to pizza hut.

Tried out the Cauliflower pizza at Brick oven and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the consistency and texture. I didn't miss the normal crust at all. I got the kickin chicken and added banana peppers on top of it. Now that I have had the pizza I feel like it might be a vital part of my future dining routine! I just appreciate them stepping outside the box! Now I can eat pizza! Service was very slow and they forgot part of the order. I don't know why there was only 2 other tables seated at 1:30pm. So that's why they got dinged down to 3 stars.

Not impressed in the least by this place. The pizzas were undercooked and one of them was even made incorrectly, missing 2-3 ingredients. The chicken wings were by far the worst. 90% fat and 10% meat it seemed like. When you finally got down to the meat it tasted almost sour like bad milk. The woman that was helping us was nice, no complaints about the service but the actual food was just awful. I went on my birthday because I wanted to try something new and I was greatly disappointed.
