This wing stop is the absolute worst in Arkansas! In my 4 years of living in Conway I have never been pleased when I order from them. They are either too busy to answer their phones, they have horrible customer service, or the food is different. Today I got these fries and these might as well not even be fries. It’s like half a potato. I’ve gone to the Jacksonville and NLR wing stop plenty of times and never had any problems like this. Their food was always great!

By far the worst wingstop you will ever go to. They messed up my order 3 times in a row. First I ordered a 10 piece but they only gave me 8 then when I got my free meal the next day wings were cold and fries were half cooked. Then yesterday I get well done fries and they were still were not done. Got some more and then they were not well done and with no seasoning. On top of that my wings were not done. The managers are rude and does not want to fix the problem they created. Don’ t go to this wingstop, save your money.

If you want under done fries, be sure to check the box on the online order for extra crispy. If you want no seasoning on your fries, also just select extra seasoning. If you want to be ignored and have to greet yourself when you walk in, you have found the place. Love Wingstop wings and fries, but this particular location, in the last couple years, has been super inconsistent on several occasions.

To who ever may be the regional manager or franchise owner, You may wanna reconsider who you have as employees. I wanted to order my order through the phone since I was coming into town and every time I tried calling and the phone wouldn’t go through. Teach your employees about customer service, because they aren’t good. Oh and one last thing look at the last picture because that’s highly inappropriate. This is about the manager who just honestly had a bad attitude. Was door dashing and I got an order to wing stop. I walked in the minute it said it was ready and the manager said “you know we close after 12, so you need to be here before the next time.” I said okay and went on my way. But just FYI- on your doordash tablet you can set the time it needs to be picked up. I just thought this was so rude and unnecessary.

Had online order set to be ready at 5:15. Got to the restaurant, and the order hadn't even been made yet! Even worse, I had to wait 30 min for a to-go order that was already supposed to be ready! The staff acted like they didn't even care and had no sense of urgency at all. Totally unacceptable! If this is the kind of service they provide, I will NOT be coming back to this location!

The wings themselves are a 5 star rating but the service is really low. The staff means well but aren’t helpful or considerate of the customers needs. Many items missed on my orders - and you’ll need to ask multiple times for any silverware, ketchup, etc. There are no trash cans in the restaurant itself.
