This is now our favorite pizza restaurant. The thin crust was perfect the meat and cheese was more than generous. My wife is not a fan of vegetables on a pizza so they only put them on one side. The server was awesome, he made sure we were happy. The atmosphere was what you would expect. Did not use the restrooms so can't comment on that. We are normally a two slice kinda people, however we killed a medium at four slices each.

Stopped in before heading out of town after visiting with family. This was without a doubt one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! In addition to the phenomenal pizza, the service was amazing! Elaine, the general manager, checked in on us personally to ensure that our experience was a good one. Our only regret in this entire experience is that there are no Hideaway Pizzas in Arizona! (Maybe this can be corrected?) Would definitely recommend!!!

I've eaten at the Conway, AR and Oklahoma City locations and was really happy both times. I love their crust and their sauce and will definitely go back when I'm near.

Wow. Genuinely the best service we've had out in Conway. Our server, Erin, is my new BFF. Our pizza came out without the artichokes (we special requested them) on accident. (No big deal right, pizza still looks BOMB) ERIN SAYS THEY ARE MAKING US A PIZZA WITH THE ARTICHOKES AND WE CAN HAVE BOTH. Erin, girl.... my heart swells. Thank you for being the perfect server. 10/10 reccomend dining when Erin is working. This location has never let us down. They only outshine the last experience.

Totally enjoyable experience! We went after my Grandsons' Graduation. And of course it was busy. We had previously made reservations for our large party.
Staff were busy, busy. But they still made time to check if we needed anything throughout the night. And all the Staff we came in contact with had smiles and great attitudes. I had a 'Dagwood' sandwich which was awesome! And big enough that half of it went home with me. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture. I also tasted pizza, wings, cheese sticks, fried pickles and garlic knots, all of which were great. I definitely would recommend this ☆☆☆☆☆ establishment located in Conway AR!!

First time visiting this hideaway in Arkansas. Friendly, enjoyable atmosphere. Colorful with kites on the ceiling and people talking, less use of cellphones. Even the stalls in the bathroom were nice, unlike most places you have to straddle the bowl or squeeze in a corner to open the door to get in and out. Here I did not have that problem at all. I would have given 5 stars but, they made wrong pizza and we were there a little over an hour. We were on a road trip and this cut into our time longer than expected. They did inform us of the mistake in pizza but we had to wait for anew one to be made.

This was the first time eating at this location and first time earing at the chain. They had a decent menu with many options to pick from. We ordered the "pollinator" pizza. It was not to bad. Definitely different. Crust was pretty good too. The service was great. The restaurant had a nice vibe as well.

I forgot how good their pizza is! We got the big country pizza and garlic knots. It was so delicious! Our server was very nice and attentive as well. She was a joy for the family to have as our server.
