I really miss the days of hot, freshly prepared burgers and fries. These new folks just cook it early and microwave the heck out of it. Might go back in a few weeks and see if the experience is any better. So far, nothing like the 80's

I come to this Burger King all the time, and it's always a great experience. The staff are always really friendly and as efficient as possible. Even when the drive thru is busy, I know I'll be in and out quickly. Special shout out to Mary who always goes above and beyond! She always has a smile on her face and is as sweet as can be! I just went thru the drive thru, and she made my day. It's been a long day already, I was on my way to my second job and had stopped for a quick soda. She had the drive thru line go quick and her bubbly personality put a smile on my face. Yall keep it up!

I won’t go to another buger king ! I don’t care what anyone says this is the only fast food place in Conway that we are treated so well ! They serve fresh food! They make sure everything is right and if not no biggie they redo it although ive not had any problems at this location ! Mrs. Mary is on top of things ! She’s such a lovely person! Her personality is over the top ! Tasha is also very nice ! All the back staff are so friendly as well ! They always communicate with each other and that’s key !!! So I want to thank you all and Ex. Mrs Mary ! You do your thing there mam ! Happy holidays to you all from my family snd I !

I live this Burger King! I eat here almost daily! Mary is a wonderful person and all are really !! I don’t like going else where ! If my order gets messed up i don’t get mad because they are very kind and will make it over no problem. Usually it’s not messed up but a time or two ! But like i said i wasn’t upset! They correct it!!!!! No questions asked !!! Love all staff here !!!! But Mary is y favorite! She needs a raise !!!!!
