The most horrible Banana Royal I have had in my life and I have had them since they started. I am soo disappointed that I will never return to this particular Baskin Robbins for any thing not even the dunkin donut section.
Don’t ever order from this location. Multiple times we have attempted to order and it’s always the same thing….. NO BANANA! Just warning everyone out there to be prepared to be let down. Poorly run if you ask me. Disappointing and dissatisfied!
Went to get ice cream at 7:40 on a Saturday, but the doors were locked and drive thru says closed. Online states they are open til 8 and there were employees inside. We don’t have many ice cream places close by, so this is super frustrating.
Update your store hours. Every time we go
During open hours I get a message at the drive thru saying you are Closed. Whoever the lady is working late is rude too.
No waffles cones, no rocky road, wrong ice cream given to us at the window, they blamed it on the labels being switched. Never again, ice cream was freezer burnt (we had five different flavors) , the fudge was not melted at all (employee did not care), never have full menu available.
