I ordered the Bacon Pub Burger (AMAZINGGGGG) with cheese fries and when I got to the window I asked the girl if she needed to scan my app for me to earn points (I've never used the app before) and she said she didn't know but she said it as though it were an outlandish question.. by the time I got home I checked my bag and my burger was missing. I called the manager and she was pleasant. She said I could pick it up when it's convenient so I'll go when I can.

There was a mistake with my order when I visited this particular Wendy’s. I gave them a call explained what went wrong. I spoke with Stephanie which has to be the manager/ supervisor. She was really nice about it and gave no attitude. I returned couple days later and Stephanie was there and she helped correct the order. She was very friendly and professional. I can tell she has very well groomed customer service skills.

Only giving this place a 2 star because this wendy's has a flaw in it's design. The drive thru windows have covers to block the rain when getting your food. However they don't have anything for it customers when ordering their food. This is where we spend most of the time with the window down. When ordering!! So I recommend not coming here when it's raining unless you want to get wet while ordering your food. Food was great as usual. Service very friendly.

Breakfast baconator is possibly the most heavenly meal I could ever consume while watching true crime. Whoever cooked this for me this morning is my hero. My day has been infinitely improved by this amazing sandwich I could die for the cook. They deserve a pay raise.

The only thing that could raise your scores would be less wait time. The person at the window was very courteous and our orders were correct. It is very difficult to go to most drive through restaraunts, these days and leave with your order correct. I want to thank you for getting it right and being courteous.
