Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Nice fast food option if u are looking for something beyond the typical burger and fries. I especially love their loaded bake potato soup. What I dont love is having to pay extra for cheese and bacon added when it is suppose to be a "loaded baked potato soup". So actually it is a plain baked potato soup unless u choose to pay extra for toppings. I also really like their roast beef and provolone sandwich there. I tried their Italian sandwich yesterday and it was just ok I guess. I would give them 5 stars if they would advertise their soup properly, just irritates me. The service in drive through is usually friendly and never had too long of a wait.

I am totally confused about how most people reviewing have positive comments, when I have tried this place twice and both times the food was so unappealing and just tasteless. Today was my second and final attempt to get some edible food. I ordered an Italian and when it arrived, it was smashed with oil running out of it. When they heat it (which I always ask them not to do that), italian meats being fatty, always produce so much grease - they should know that. The bread was soaked through and one reluctant bite was all I needed to bin it. The bread was very thin although I did not ask for this either. Perhaps this is normal for them but I included photos of the sandwich (I placed on foil as I binned the paper that was soaked in grease. Completely disappointed.

So I came to potbelly for the first time today. I've never been before and usually don't like going to get food from places I've never tried before but I'm pregnant so I decided to give it a try today. I got the chicken club and added Avocado. Personally if I'm going to be upcharged a good amount for Avocado I prefer it to look better than this. The service was good, given I went through the drive thru, and the sandwhich was alright (without the avocado). Frankly just pretty disappointed in the Avocado since it was what I was craving. Probably won't go back and if I ever do, definitely not adding Avocado to any of my sandwiches.

Do not go to this location at night unless you want to pay $14 for none of the toppings you asked for (see how it says everything on the tag) and the ingredients they do give you to be hardly a scoop and all in the smack center of your sandwich. Thank you so much to the crew working nights on December 15th for topping off my terrible day at work by giving me bread and a smear of hummus for dinner. I will never return to this location after this experience and I'm sad to say that cause I used to love y'all's food. Truly criminal to charge hardworking people for this and serve such terrible food.

My wife brought lunch home one day from this restuarant and I have to say it was one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. First, both sandwiches weren't made correctly and second, some of the ingredients actually looked a bit sketchy to me. I didn't even come close finishing half of the sandwich before I tossed it into the trash. A complete waste of money!
