We've been wanting to try this place for years and finally made time for Mother's Day. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The prices seemed fair for the large portions. The food was very good. The fried shrimp, country fries, tots, green beans, fried okra, and shrimp tacos all received great reviews at our table. The fried oysters, chicken fried steak, and frog legs were all considered "okay". The frog legs could use a little more spice in the breading but they definitely aren't bad. Most of us will return again to try more items on their menu.

I only give 5 star ratings for places I get REALLY excited about and this is 1 of them !! If you're in the area go here! If you're passing through go here! It is so....SO yummy and their service is EXCEPTIONAL! Oh...and their prices and portion sizes are unbeatable. I promise you will NOT be disappointed!

THEY HAVE THE BEST TASTING WATER!! I drank 2 glasses of it. The staff is very friendly. All the food except 1 item was delicious, they brought me Mac and cheese that was cold, it had no warmth to it. My favorite was the fried scallops.

Shelby was our server and she was on cue. We had the baked catfish and the fried catfish platter's. The food was incredible and can't wait to return. On the favorite places to go if you are headed to the lake.

Wow! Awesome! Everything we ordered was delicious. Fish, shrimp, sweet potato fries, coleslaw, hush puppies, Mac-n-cheese, green tomatoes relish, waitress, everything was excellent. No wonder they have been in business since 1984. We will be back many more times!

Second time visiting and same great food and same great service! Best Catfish ever!! Price is great too...sorry it looked so good I started eating immediately then forgot I wanted a pic...lol!
