Portico Chicken

We came here starving as we had been here in the past. It is now under new management and the customer service is great. The lady who is the face is delightful, her name is Tamara and shes great. Unfortunately the food is just average. I remember the Portuguese chicken burger was better under the previous owners, as well as the coffee. The coffee unfortunately was weak and watery. The food now is simply average, but the ambiance is still nice. Tamara had gotten our salad order wrong, and she insisted we keep the incorrect salad and she gave us the right one, so we had 2 salads (one for free). While seated there i saw the size of the roast meal and it was huge, for $15 that looked like great value, but i didnt taste it.

As a vegetarian, I was a bit reluctant to try Portico Chicken Concord but I was reassured by the lovely Tamara that they were able to provide a veggie burger. The burger tasted great. Fresh and well presented. The shop is very clean and the atmosphere is always busy with people coming and going. Definitely worth it for me.

Best Burgers. I have been to a few burger joints and you can tell the difference of processed meat and the real deal. My partner and I got a burger each. I had there southern style on the brioche bun and my partner had Cabrio with Avocado. All i can say is fresh, cleanest shop I have ever come across and service with a smile.
