I write this review from another coffee shop today. Finding myself wanting to have set myself up at True Brew for these few hours instead. Ambience, quality of food, and of course the coffee is the best you’ll find in town. Also, located in a charming part of town. Great WiFi and plenty of restrooms round it out for me as a go-to!

What a great little spot. Check or the books in the connected bookstore then enjoy a warming cup of coffee or latte. A nice little spot to escape to in the winter for some thawing or any time of the year, within walking distance to everything in downtown Concord.

Pretty average staff, drinks, food, and seating area. I'd love to see this (and Gibsons) a bit more lively and colorful, but it's great for what it is. A decent number of people work here on their laptops or meet up with their friends. Maybe it's just not my thing!!

Perfect location, but the cold brew iced coffee was terrible. It tasted vaguely soapy and burnt with no redeeming flavors. Also, we were charged an additional $1 per coffee to use honey as our sweetener. You can't charge 5 bucks for a drink that can't even beat dunks... We won't be back.

Each time I get food here, I'm never impressed. Last time I had a sausage, egg & cheese - the egg seemed microwaved, the sausage may well have been Jimmy Dean, and the bagel at best was a barely toasted Pepperidge Farm bagel. The coffee is okay. The best thing going for the place is its location and atmosphere.

An excellent place in downtown Concord to grab a cup of coffee and read or work. Inside of the Gibson bookstore. Delicious seasonal maple syrup lattes! They also have a tasty vanilla spiced chai loose leaf tea that's worth a try.

Came here for a quick lunch but wound up being here much longer than anticipated. I ordered two sandwiches, my bf's was done first but after waiting 30 minutes mine never came out. Went to the counter and waited 5 minutes along with several other people waiting to order. No one acknowledged the people waiting with a "be right with you". I asked if my sandwich would be ready soon and they couldn't figure out what happened and told me they would get another one right out. I feel part of the confusion is that they don't take the names of those who ordered so they call out a sandwich and anyone can take it.
