Einsten Bros. Bagels

I was just driving through on a road trip for my birthday and Sarah just made this the best place to have pulled up to! Super kind, very energetic and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with what I had ordered. ❤️Stole my heart she’s a rare one. All while training Nicole on day one, who no doubt is learning from the best in the game! Love ya’ll, see you next time :)

Ordered via phone for pickup, which was a quick and efficient process. I got a milk chocolate coffee cooler, which was good, a little stronger on coffee flavor than expected. I also got the "farmhouse" breakfast sandwich, pictured. It features a cheesy hash brown bagel, egg (I went with one, but two is standard), bacon, ham, cheese, and a country pepper schmear. It was very peppery and so delicious, if just barely this side of too salty. The country pepper schmear really made the sandwich.

I am not happy with my experience today (11/26/2021). I was here at about 10:30. There were 2 girls today, and appeared to be short staffed. I ordered 2 sandwiches and the girl started making them without asking if I wanted anything else. At the second register I said I wasnt done ordering. I asked for a large cold brew and she turned around and started making it without even asking how I would like. My coffee was way too light. When I got in my car I noticed they forgot a cherry pastry. And she gave me a cinnamon muffin instead of a blueberry one. Also, their plain bagels today were not good. The worker said they were rushed while making them today. They were not stretched enough and looked like undercooked out-belly buttons. If they are not cooked to the standard, they should be sold to a customer. Make new bagels. Today's customer service was not a good experience, which was very unusual. I come here all the time and was always given good food.
