7-eleven

A decent enough gas station with plenty of food and beverage choices inside. However, gas is just slap getting out of control. It's crazy to be paying $3.40 a gallon. Gas is up more than $1.00 a gallon from the choices made in the last year to shut down pipelines despite an energy crisis. #letsgobrandon

I stopped here on my way home to Raleigh to get gas, use the restroom and grab some wings (I love 7-Eleven wings) but the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, not dirty, disgusting! ( photos attached) so I left without using the bathroom and of course with food.....honestly didn't even want to get a drink, got my gas and left, no excuse for a bathroom to look like that and there were 2 or 3 employees there

I've been going to this store multiple times a week for almost 3 yrs now at various times of day and night depending on if I was working 2nd or 3rd shift. I've loaded money onto my PayPal account here at all times of day and night. Tonight the black guy with the long hair not only had attitude when he told me I couldn't but lied to me when he said it was too late and he didn't have the authorization. Don't lie bro just admit either you didn't know how to do it or didn't want to. First time I've had an issue with an employee here but it definitely is gonna make me go there less.

I took my car wash here on 10/13/2021 and my windshield was cracked as a result. I reported it immediately to a young black gentleman by the name of Tamara. He stated that I would need to come back another day after 9:00 am and speak to the manager. He stated the car wash should of been closed but they couldn’t close the door. I asked why didn’t the put a cone in the lane with a sign on the screen you put your code or money in. He said people always move the cone. I went to the store the morning of 10/15 and was told that the manager was busy, could I come back in 20 mins. I went back 20 mins later and the clerk at the counter said that they were now getting deliveries and that I should call customer service, she provided me with the 800 number. Customer service stated that they opened a case and game me a case number. I then received an e-mail stating to call there insurance company and provided a 704 number. I called that number and it was the number to the store. I then called customer service back and they said that I needed to get the insurance co number from the store. I went back to the store after all my calls were ignored. The person stated that the manager was not there. I asked for info on the name of the company. They said it was 7 Eleven. I asked for the registered company name, LLC …. But all they said was that it was 7-Eleven. I will not give up and once I find the name of the company I will go to the courthouse and file suit. These people have given me nothing but the run around. If anyone knows the registered name of the company, please share it.
