Buyer beware. Horrible customer service experience at this location. The service was slow and that I can deal with. When the staff are rude and make it clear that your business is not wanted is where I have a strong issue. I visit subway far and between and only stopped in because I had a coupon. Turns out the store doesn’t take coupons and the woman tells me “ you ask before you order” and I repeat the statement back to her. She responds “I can’t ask every customer if they have coupons”.
When does that become the customers problem? I will take my business else where that’s my option, I used it. My duty is to warn others about the disrespect that this subway offers.

I love coming to this subway. My sandwich always fresh. They always get my order correct when I place my order online for pickup. If there's an error they quickly correct it. Customer service is great. I never had an issue.

I ordered a "veggie delight", chips and cookies from this location today. My sandwich was made perfectly, it was fresh and the store was spotless. It was actually the cleanest well kept Subway I have ever been in. The lady that took my order and made my sandwich was very nice and she had good customer service.

If I could give this "nasty" restaurant a 0 I would...ordered a footlong cold cut combo, 2nd half of sandwich found a long brown hair in it, so 🤢 gross..called and some foreigner saids it's ok bring the receipt back will give me another sandwich, I told him it's not ok...never in this life.. better watch out, them people are nasty there😡!!!!!

Me and my partner were cussed out by the owner of this restaurant because she had no mask on and coughed in the air. Completely unacceptable behavior she needs to be out of a job. You don’t cuss customers out nor get mad at us that is horrible customer service. This place needs to be shut down.

Nasty sales person from some Asian country I was running late as it is wanted a sub I asked if someone could come out here and assist she snapped at me and said AS SOON AS IM DONE WITH THIS CUSTOMER I call back and ask to speak to a manager she said she didn't know when a manager was coming in not very good customer service

Prices has to 13.00 plus tax for subs and the owner doesn't honor coupons anymore due to COVID.

I ordered two sandwiches on the app before pickup 45 minutes ahead of time. I get there and the sandwiches were not ready. So I talk to the owners and the owners told me they were too busy to fulfill my before I came. Then they ran out of Caesar sauce for the sandwiches I ordered but while I was upset and confused what I should do next they mysteriously found the sauce.
This is disappointing because up until a month ago I haven't eaten at a Subway in several years, but the last two interactions I had a few weeks ago were much better than this.
Would I eat at another Subway again, probably. Would I ever eat at this one again absolutely not.
